Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using any service operated by trylook Store, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations of the United States. If you do not accept every provision set out here, you may not use any trylook Store service. Anyone who accesses our services on behalf of a company or other organization confirms that they hold the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use trylook Store's services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless trylook Store has given you written authorization stating otherwise. You must not:

• Send unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or spam through our platform
• Try to access our systems, user accounts, or inventory databases without authorization
• Pretend to be any person or entity, including trylook Store personnel or other users

• Submit fraudulent, excessive, or malicious orders, including orders placed with no intention of receiving the goods
• Resell trylook Store products for commercial profit without our explicit written consent

Product Information and Pricing

trylook Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error appear in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; trylook Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and the time slot you select.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by trylook Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and chosen time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may offer a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on trylook Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "trylook Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to trylook Store and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any trylook Store content without our explicit written consent. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by trylook Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must inform trylook Store promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are also responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for making sure that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you provide are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of another person, you alone are responsible for ensuring that person satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trylook Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to damages for incidental loss or delivery delays. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of trylook Store's services shall first be submitted to trylook Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

trylook Store may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using trylook Store's services before the effective date of the changes.
